  • I was introduced to astrology by my grandmother when she bought me a tiny horoscope scroll in at the grocery store checkout. I was just 5 years old and the spark was lit.

  • I’m a classically trained homeopath and have used homeopathic medicines as one of my main healing tools for over 15 years.

  • I was born in Toronto on a new moon and the coldest day of the year.

  • I love to garden—I grow flowers, vegetables, fruits, and medicinal herbs. My astrology practice is grounded in the rhythms of the Earth (and not just the sky).

  • I love concocting potions. Some of my favourites are herbal infusions, sunlight elixirs, fruit cordials, flower essences, moon milks, and simple teas.

  • Traveling has been a big part of my life since my aunt took me to Paris when I was ten years old. We stayed at a hostel, strolled the city eating delicious cheap food, and wandered the endless art galleries.
